Refunds due to cancellation
Should you cancel your purchase with this 30 day 'cooling off' period, we will refund your payment in full, subject to delivery costs we have incurred plus a 10% restocking fee. If your order qualified for free postage then we will refund minus the normal shipping charge (based upon weight). If you paid by credit or debit card from this website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you paid by any other means, your refund will be made by cheque which will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation. There will be no charges for cancellation within this 7 day cooling off period. All products should be returned unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds for unwanted goods will only be made where the goods are returned unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition. Unwanted goods must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
Returning unwanted goods
Unwanted goods should be returned within 30 days of delivery. You should post them, unopened and undamaged, to our storehouse centre.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier.. Please remember to give us your name and address, transaction number and a copy of your purchase receipt. Please note that the cost of returning unwanted items is your responsibility.

Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods deducting from the total amount the delivery cost to your country plus a 10% restocking fee. Orders placed by credit or debit card from this website will be refunded directly to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods.

All materials in your Caffè Italia appliances are warranted for TWO YEARS from date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover finishes, nor does it cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, tampering, or units that have been modified or used for commercial purposes.

If you have purchased a product through this website and believe that it is defective and would like to repair or exchange it within 30 days, you must first contact technical support. Once tech support authorizes the exchange or repair, please send your package insured using a trackable shipping service such as Fedex, UPS or DHL as you feel more confortable. The delivery from Italy to your country of the repaired or exchanged good in this case will be completely covered by our company (this option is available only for the Eu countries).
