Description
All steel motorized 230 Volt roller machine for restaurants and professionals, produces up to 12 kg of pasta in an hour.
It has a main board, which allows you to control the rotation speed of the rollers.
Very low noise while operating as the machine has no gears, but a belt transmission. It prepares sheets of 9 in.with maximum roller opening of 3/8 in. has regulator knob with ten numbered thickness settings. Available on request extra six Simplex cutters: Round Spaghetti 2mm - Angel Hair 1.5mm- Tagliatelle 2mm, Linguine 4mm, Fettuccine 6.5mm and Lasagnette 12mm, and a dough mixer (1 kg in 5 min.)
