The dynamometric press has been designed and manufactured to provide the professional barista with constant pressing of the ground coffee dose in the filter holder. In particular, it is highly appreciated by owners of bars, cafés and restaurants with a large number of employees: each barista has a different knowledge and ability to press, the dynamometric press guarantees the uniformity of the coffee served to the customer regardless of the hand of the barista preparing it.
The clamping system inside the press automatically limits the pressure exerted on the ground coffee to the correct pressure, so that all baristas, even the less experienced, can avoid making mistakes when pressing and thus brew coffee according to the correct parameters. The press has two discs: the lower one is the normal base common to all manual presses, which rests on the ground coffee; the upper one descends during pressing until it rests on the filter and thus determines the kg pressure limit.
