Handling of 14-Day Return Operations

We understand that sometimes the purchased product may not meet your expectations or needs. Therefore, we offer our customers the option to return products within 14 days of delivery, in line with the provisions of the Consumer Code. To proceed with a return, please carefully follow the steps outlined below.

  1. 14-Day Return: You can return the product for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided it has not been used, is in its original intact packaging, and includes all accessories. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, these will be refunded if the product is found to be defective and returned within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Return Procedure: To initiate the return, you need to fill out the contact form below, including all the required details.
  3. Returning the Product: After receiving return authorization, the product must be shipped within eight days. Shipping can be arranged independently or through our discounted ticket services: Easy Return at 43£ for products up to 500£ and Premium Return at 65£ for products over 500£. These tickets, or personal shipping costs, will be refunded only if the product is defective and returned within 14 days. Shipping costs will be reimbursed only after the authorized service center confirms the defect. The maximum refundable amount is 43£ for products up to 500£ and 65£ for more expensive products, upon presentation of the payment receipt.
  4. Refund: The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product. The refund amount may vary depending on depreciation due to use, the absence of parts/accessories, or damages not reported at the time of receipt.
