Double boiler machine equipped with “BPPC” (Brewing Pressure Profiling Control) system, with brewing group shower and competition filters. Using the “BPPC” regulating lever, it is possible to vary the water pressure exerted on the coffee during brewing in real time, obtaining an optimal in-cup result with every type of blend.
