AUTOMATIC PREINFUSION
Pre-brewing consists of an initial shower of hot water that moistens the ground coffee for a few seconds before the actual brewing at high pressure (9 bar). This process allows for a more uniform extraction and a more intense, richer-tasting final result in the cup.
CLASSIC STAINLESS STEEL PANNARELLO
With the stainless steel pannarello you can have the same approach as the traditional barista: it delivers steam to emulsify milk or hot water to prepare tea and infusions.
