DESCRIPTION
The new single-group Vostok was born giving the operator the greatest comfort and speed he can have while brewing coffee with a unique system. The Vostok can be equipped with an innovative brewing system that allows the brewing phase to be almost completely automated. Once the lever is lowered, the pre-brewing is started and after a variable time decided by the operator, the lever is released, moving on to the actual brewing phase and here the system comes into operation, preventing the barista from having to use the classic teaspoon to prevent the exhausted coffee from reaching the cup. Our system, which can operate by time or more precisely by pressure, determines the exact quantity of coffee to be dispensed, leaving the operator free to perform other tasks as with traditional automatic machines.
