Equipped with a 1.5-liter stainless steel boiler with a heat exchanger (HX) system, the Gentile allows coffee and steam to be brewed simultaneously, ensuring stability and continuity of use. The monometer on the unit allows pressure control during brewing, while the vibration pump ensures constant pressure.
