DESCRIPTION
Quamar Nemo-Q EM is the manual on-demand version of the compact Nemo-Q grinder, created for home baristas who prefer full freedom over grinding time and dose quantity. It combines the same professional-oriented grinding platform as the electronic Nemo-Q E with a direct, practical switch-operated workflow.
The grinder uses 54 mm flat burrs with food-friendly treatment to deliver an even grind for espresso, moka, filter coffee, and V60 brewing. Its stepped micrometric adjustment system provides 0.01 mm increments, enabling accurate changes to the grind setting according to the chosen coffee and extraction method.
Grinding is activated manually through the switch button positioned on the portafilter fork. This solution gives the user direct control over the amount of coffee ground and makes the grinder especially suitable for those who prefer to dose by eye, by scale, or according to their own brewing routine.
The “Click to Open” maintenance system provides practical access for routine cleaning and upkeep. Compact, robust, and easy to use, Nemo-Q EM features an aluminium body with ABS base and front logo support, a 250 g standard hopper, and an adjustable universal fork for hands-free portafilter positioning.
