Excellent, well built coffee machine but it needs the Shades 9bar spring mod to perform at its best.

My twenty year old Rancillio Silvia has finally stopped working (short circuit in boiler element) and after a bit of research decided to go for this Gaggia Classic Pro. Firstly I was really impressed with the efficient dispatch by Caffe Italia from Europe to UK – it arrived much quicker than expected in less than a week. They also included 3 bags of good Gaggia ground coffee as a gift which was a nice touch. I have been using it for about a month now and am really impressed with this model. It heats quickly, produces a great crema and the steaming seems much more powerful than my Rancilio was, getting microfoam is a doddle. The style and build quality of this model is also great. I could not be happier, and would recommend this product and supplier highly.

This is my first “real” coffee machine so I did some research before making this purchase. I’ve been really pleased so far. The machine took a short while to get the right amount of coffee and duration of extraction but achieved good results. The fineness of the grind makes a difference to the results to. I favour Lavazza rossa pre ground, as I don’t have a grinder. The steam wand is much better than a lot of machines I’ve used in the past. I think this is the best machine you can get at this price point. Definitely recommended.

Only just got my new coffee machine. Works a treat and although I’ve only just started using it I’m already enjoying great coffee. Looking forward to experimenting and learning. Delivered within a week from Italy and arrived very well packaged and undamaged.

This is the second Gaggia Classic I’ve had; the original was purchased back in 2010 and has been used on a twice daily basis. So I had no hesitation in purchasing another Gaggia machine. There was a small glitch in ordering – of my own making – and Caffè Italia sorted it out. As to delivery by Fed Ex that was farcical. Again Caffè Italia quickly sorted it out.

Very happy with the Gaggia Classic Pro and the fast delivery. I ordered in a panic when my old Gaggia broke a few days before Christmas and received my new machine today, 2 weeks from Italy to Shetland including Christmas and New Year holidays is really good and 5 days quicker than the estimate.
