I am delighted with my refurbished Gaggia classic pro in thunder black. I was a bit nervous buying a refurbished machine at first but it arrived quickly (from Italy) in original packaging and looks like it hasn’t been used. Pulling shots within 15 minutes of delivery and everything is working perfectly. Thanks coffee Italia!

Has some nice weight to it so doesn’t move around too much when putting filter in. Easy to use and clean. Not too loud. Not too big either. Proper Italian machine for proper Italian coffee.

Bought this as I have been using a pre2000 model that works faultlessly I though be nice to upgrade I read all good about the new unit but firstly it looks good and the frothing is so much better the only issue I have is the new unit turns it self off automatically witch it a pain this to me stops the machine from heating up. My old Machine I would switch it on and leave it for around 20 minutes before making my coffee.

This replaced an earlier classic model which needed a good going over, so decided on the newer model. Take note that this m/c comes with a 2 pin plug together with a UK adaptor.

so far so good.. makes amazing coffee.. cant complain. One thing to note is that the product was dispatched from Italy. Due to shipping issues, probably related to Brexit, the machine got stuck in Paris for almost a week. This wasnt any fault of coffeeItalia but worth noting if you are in the UK.
