The over ice coffee gives a refreshing twist to your home barista experience. Brewed over ice cubes, at a lower temperature and with a slower extraction flow, it results is a slightly sweeter and smoother taste compared to the traditional coffee. Great service and prompt delivery from Caffe Italia. This was a replacement machine as my previous bean-to-cup started failing after 8 years of daily use. Slightly different but I rather enjoy the settings as the Gaggia has options to set the size, grind and temperature for each cup independently.
