Aurelia Wave Volumetric is the ideal machine for those premises that are looking for an exceptionally consistent coffee. As it is volumetric, this machine enables the barista to program the desired volumes and to constantly maintain that volume for the whole day. Extraction automatically stops when the programmed volume is reached. Everything is done by touchscreen. The barista has full control over all phases of extraction, preparation, dispensing and cleaning. The Aurelia Wave is a completely rounded machine. This design was made to be more attractive on the counter.
