DESCRIPTION
Oscar 22 is the new generation of the renowned Nuova Simonelli coffee machine, first launched in the late 1990s and now an icon among enthusiasts and professionals. This new version further enhances the espresso experience thanks to the inclusion of the standard OPV valve (Over Pressure Valve), the Soft Infusion System (SIS) pre-infusion, and the Cool Touch steam wand.
At the heart of the machine is the copper heat exchanger system (HX), which ensures stable temperatures and allows simultaneous brewing and steaming. The soft pre-infusion guarantees an even extraction, regardless of the pressure applied during tamping, improving aroma, body, and crema consistency. Thanks to the pressure regulated at 9 bar and the thermocompensated brew group, every espresso is balanced, rich, and consistent.
Oscar 22 Professional Pack: an optional feature for those who keep the machine on for long periods. The SIRAI professional pressure switch ensures greater reliability and durability over time, making it ideal for intensive home use or small commercial environments.
