Caffè Italia presents a preview of the new lever models of the La Pavoni domestic line. The new lever model La Pavoni Esperto is available in three models: Esperto Competente, Esperto Edotto and Esperto Abile.
The models, defined by La Pavoni as competition machines, are characterized by the quality of the construction materials and the new possibility of constant control of the delivery pressure with the lever mechanism able to satisfy even the most demanding barista.
The new Esperto line is equipped with professional devices such as:
