The Difference Between the Bezzera Bz07, Bz09, Bz10, Bz13 and Bz16?

Bezzera has always been producing elegant professional and semi professional espresso coffee machines, and has become a reference for quality and reliability at an international level. In the jungle of BZ acronyms that characterize the various models of semi-professional coffee machines we have made some clarity on the main features.

For example, Bezzera BZ09 Model present a single boiler which doesn’t allow foaming and dispensing at the same time. The models from BZ07 to BZ16 present instead a heat exchanger that allows to manage both the frothing and beverage dispensing functions at the same time. BZ16, an entry-level model for professional use, has characteristics of greater stability and thermal capacity even if the start up time is slower.

Here is a small comparison table of the various models.
