Equipped with two independent AISI 316 stainless steel boilers, it maintains a stable thermal balance even under heavy use. The volumetric pump ensures consistent pressure, while the direct water connection option allows uninterrupted operation.
The steam boiler, managed by a pressure transducer, enables direct pressure adjustments from the 3.5” touchscreen display, while the PID-controlled coffee boiler allows temperature settings between 80°C and 100°C, ensuring optimal extraction for various coffee types and roasts.
Advanced features include the CHRONO function for monitoring extraction time, an auto-start function with weekly programming, and a diagnostic system with maintenance alerts. The integrated dual pressure gauge provides real-time monitoring of boiler and pump pressure, and the steam boost function ensures maximum steam performance under all conditions.
