The 2.3L AISI 316 stainless steel boiler with a heat exchanger allows for simultaneous espresso brewing and steam production, maintaining high performance even under heavy use. Pressure is controlled via a pressure switch and dual pressure gauges for boiler and pump monitoring. The joystick-operated cold-touch steam and hot water taps enhance usability, while the electronic water level control ensures reliability.
