For out-of-warranty products requiring repair, a detailed estimate will be provided, including labor costs and necessary replacement parts. The repair will only be undertaken after the acceptance of the estimate and the corresponding payment. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after receiving the estimate, the product will be returned unrepaired. In this case, a ticket issued by the service center, covering the cost of preliminary checks on the product and the preparation of the estimate, will be required.
