The grinder is equipped with 54 mm flat burrs with food-friendly treatment, designed to support consistent particle distribution and clean coffee preparation. The micrometric stepped adjustment system provides 0.01 mm increments, allowing the user to refine the grind setting according to the coffee, recipe, and chosen brewing method.
