Quamar M80 T is a robust and reliable professional coffee grinder built for cafés, roasteries, and espresso bars with standard daily coffee consumption. Its 63 mm flat burrs, durable aluminium body, and powerful motor provide the consistency and stability required for dependable day-to-day service.
The touch-keyboard display makes dose selection immediate and intuitive. Operators can select single, double, or manual grinding modes and adjust the grinding time for each dose with only a few touches. This supports quicker workflow management while helping maintain repeatable espresso recipes across the day.
The stepped micrometric adjustment system provides 0.01 mm increments, offering accurate control over the grind setting. The adjustable portafilter holder supports hands-free grinding and helps create a more efficient workstation.
M80 T is suitable not only for espresso but also for moka, filter coffee, and V60, making it a flexible professional grinder for coffee businesses that work with multiple brewing methods. Its standard 1200 g hopper supports continuous operation, while alternative hopper sizes and an integrated Ø58 mm or Ø53 mm tamper are available as options.
