DESCRIPTION
Quamar M80 E is a professional electronic on-demand grinder designed for cafés and roasteries with standard daily coffee consumption. Built around 63 mm flat burrs, a resistant motor, and a solid aluminium body, it provides a dependable platform for accurate and repeatable espresso preparation.
Its intuitive mechanical-button display simplifies daily programming and operation. The grinder can be configured with three programmable doses—single, double, and triple—or used in manual mode whenever the barista needs direct control. A non-resettable total dose counter supports practical monitoring of use over time.
The stepped micrometric adjustment system allows precise changes in 0.01 mm increments, giving the user control over extraction variables and coffee recipes. The portafilter fork supports hands-free grinding, helping improve workflow efficiency during service.
Finished in matte black, M80 E is a compact yet durable professional grinder suitable for espresso service as well as moka, filter coffee, and V60. Its 1200 g standard hopper is well suited to daily commercial use, with alternative hopper sizes and integrated tamper options available.
