makes great coffee. But touch pannel doesnt work very well. 1.5litre water tank needs to be filed up a lot as it will use the whole tank just to do autoclean which it does everytime u turn it on and off. Used the entire tank to just make an egg cup of coffee. The rest was used to clean the machine. it wont allow u to do the settings to get it to make coffee how u want it as the tough pannel gets disabled when u try to enter the settings. U have to hold the on off button for 5 secs while in standby mode then u supposed to be able to enter the setings by hiting the right button. But u only get 5 secs to do it and the buttons take a good 1 min to respond to u pushing them. So u can only use it in default mode. U cant use it for double shot expresoo either or change the cup size or use the pre brew setting. keep a large cup under the nozzle at all times cause the drip tray doesnt take long to fill up due to the auto clean funtion running every time u turn on or off. It does auto turn off after about 10 mins and it will do a auto clean then as well. if ur making cappuccino stand well back so u dont get scolded by the steam it sprays out. dont expect to get a full cup or mug of coffee out of it as u will only get an egg cup full if that. to get a decent size cup of coffee u have to hit the button wait till its finished then hit the button again and repeat till u have a cup full. These coffee machines r desined to use coffee cups which r tiny cups about the size of an egg cup not tea cups or mugs.
