The work contains extensive documentation consisting of 2,700 images and 2,080 technical descriptions divided between the various historical periods and the various models analyzed: filter coffee makers, steam pressure machines, mocha, Neapolitan with glass globes, etc. Within the book, it is also possible to obtain documentation with technical operating diagrams and the original patents of the time.
