CUSTOMIZATION
Create your tailored coffee moment with and endless customization for your favourite coffee and milk based beverages. Through the rotary knob and the touchscreen, you can easily select and customize the 19 drinks available, as you prefer. Depending on the drink chosen, it will be possible to adjust various settings, such as the aroma, body and temperature, the amount of water, coffee or milk in the cup, the desired pre-infusion level, and the degree of milk emulsion.

INTEGRATED MILK CARAFE
The integrated milk carafe froths the milk to remove all bubbles and impurities. The result is a perfect froth, always at the right temperature to make flawless cappuccinos and other milk-based drinks. Moreover, the automatic cleaning thoroughly cleans the milk circuit without the need to empty the carafe.
ADJUSTABLE MILK FOAM
For each milk-based beverage you can select and memorize the frothing level among 4 options, from hot milk to a steady and velvety foam.

Directly from the Gaggia tradition, the professional stainless steel steam wand has been designed to unleash your inner Home Barista. Perfect for the creativity of Latte Art, it guarantees a quality in-cup result, with a dense and velvety microfoam with an unmistakable sweetness.
AROMA SETTING & COFFEE BOOST
Set the intensity of your coffee, choosing from five levels of ground coffee per cup. In addition, the COFFEE BOOST function for more intense beverages (≥ 50ml).

The resistant 100% ceramic grinders extract the purest essence from coffee beans, preventing overheating and burning. ACTIVE CUP WARMER & TIMER

ESPRESSO PLUS SYSTEM
Discover a wide spectrum of tastes at the twist of a knob. Turn it right to reduce the speed of flow and get a full-bodied espresso with a luxurious thick crema layer, or left to increase the speed and taste a smooth and lighter flavor.

STEAM HYGIENE
