Gaggia Velasca is an automatic coffee machine and a guarantee of the highest quality and an infinite passion for the art of preparing espresso coffee. Gaggia Velasca is made with a total black look and a curved design that gives it a modern and elegant style capable of enhancing any furnishing environment. Gaggia Velasca allows you to prepare espresso, long coffee and milk-based drinks (cappuccino, latte macchiato) with a simple touch of a button. Gaggia Velasca is equipped with a light aluminum and stainless steel boiler which allows it to quickly reach high temperatures. The rapid heating boiler ensures the preparation of hot drinks from the first use, without the need for long waiting times. Gaggia Velasca is equipped with a removable brewing unit which brings the dose of ground coffee compressed and pressed into hot water at high pressure. The result is the extraction of an excellent quality espresso coffee. Gaggia Velasca is equipped with a large 1.5-liter tank that can be recharged from the front and a convenient coffee grounds tray.

Gaggia Velasca is equipped with Optiaroma, a feature that allows you to customize drinks according to your preferences for length and aroma. Optiaroma is perfectly combined with the Memo function which allows, by keeping the corresponding key pressed for a few seconds, to memorize the preparation of the drinks according to the preferred taste and aroma characteristics. The intuitive display makes it easier than ever to make an espresso or long coffee at the touch of a button. The Aroma Strength feature allows you to choose from five intensity, volume and temperature settings. Gaggia Velasca is equipped with a coffee grinder integrated with ceramic grinders, a material that allows you to grind coffee beans in a silent way, avoiding overheating and possible burning of the coffee beans. The integrated coffee grinder allows you to customize 10 levels of grinding: from the finest coffee for a stronger taste, to a coarser ground coffee for lighter drinks. Gaggia Velasca is also equipped with a bypass container for already ground coffee. In this way it is possible to taste more blends even without caffeine.

With Gaggia Velasca you can prepare delicious cappuccinos thanks to the classic Panarello, a steam wand specially designed by Gaggia to air the milk directly into the jug. The Panarello function can be activated by pressing the steam button which activates the heating circuit necessary to reach the temperature for steam delivery in about 30 seconds. The steam wand also allows the delivery of hot water for the preparation of tea and other hot drinks.

Gaggia Velasca Cleaning and maintenance
The automatic rinse cycle and the removable dispensing unit make cleaning and maintenance of the Gaggia Velasca easier than ever. To keep the machine in good condition and at the same time obtain a fresh coffee taste, it is advisable to remove the brew group for a rinse in the water. The descaling function is programmable by setting the water hardness. In this way Gaggia Velasca will warn the user of the need to perform the descaling cycle.
