I have owned the Lelit Victoria for a number of months and I am delighted with this product. I will admit that I am an espresso consumer so cannot say whether it produces anything frothy. For my purposes it is a great machine. Are there any issues that I would change? There always are. Filling the water tank could be made a lot easier by either providing a suitable funnel or have a handle on the water tank to make it easier to take it out and return it full. One other minor issue is the rattle of the grill over the drip tray – a few small pieces of rubber tubing solved that but it would have been nice if it had been delivered with them fitted. Would I recommend this machine? Yes every day.

I bought this machine 7 months ago, and can say that I am very happy with the purchase. I am able to make great espresso, with short warm-up times for both water and steam. The steam wand allows me to make great micro foam for latte art (although it does not help me pour it, so I still can´t produce anything good). In terms of service from Caffé Italia: could not be happier. Quick delivery, with the correct plug for my country, and quick answers to my amateur questions on machines and accesories. All-round perfect purchase, will definitely be buying from here again.
