DESCRIPTION
Nemox Gelatissimo Exclusive i-Green offers direct control of refrigeration and churning through the front controls. The operator decides when to stop the cycle, according to the consistency reached.
You can use the fixed or removable bowl, which makes serving and transfer to the freezer easier. Both are AISI 304 stainless steel. Two dedicated paddles and the mixing system operating at 30 rpm support preparation. The rounded ABS body and dishwasher-safe accessories simplify home use.
Indicative output is 1 kg, equivalent to 1.5 litres of ice cream, in 15–20 minutes. The three front buttons control the main switch, paddle and refrigeration. For consistent results, the manufacturer recommends correctly measured, chilled ingredients and around five minutes of pre-cooling.
The high-efficiency compressor and forced ventilation work with the mixer to equalise temperature. The removable bowl makes serving and freezer storage easier. There is no automatic holding cycle: any storage requires compressor management according to the manual. A spatula, measuring cup, instructions and recipe book are supplied. The refrigerant is R290.
