DESCRIPTION
Nemox Gelato NXT1 L’automatica i-Green starts preparation with a touch control and adjusts the cycle using sensor readings. The software coordinates refrigeration, churning and ventilation, switching to holding once the ice cream is ready.
Consistency can be adjusted from the panel during holding. The fixed and removable AISI 304 stainless steel bowls let you choose how to prepare and serve the product. The machine is suitable for ice cream, sorbets, frozen yoghurt and granita; the removable bowl is dishwasher-safe.
Indicative output is 1 kg, equivalent to 1.5 litres, per 15–20-minute cycle. The machine starts a short pre-cooling phase and adapts times to temperature and mixture. Once the ice cream is ready, an indication appears on the touch panel and holding operates the paddle and compressor cyclically.
The system avoids relying on a fixed time to end preparation. The 1.7-litre removable bowl lets you transfer ice cream directly to serving or to the freezer. The two paddles are dedicated to the different bowls. The housing is ABS; a spatula, measuring cup, recipe book and instructions are supplied. The refrigerant is R290.
