I got the machine with some visible defects I couldn’t fix to this day. Like a bent tray and a lever that doesn’t activate the pimp (the support person told me to bend the machine and try to bend the tray which I did but it’s not perfect). This is disappointing, I know things can happen but expected a better answer and maybe a replacement after paying over 1000 GBP on a machine. Beyond that, I never got a real Alexia Evo documentation! The machine comes with a USB stick with other machines instructions and I had to use an american store instructions to figure it out.
