This machine allows you temperature control via PID and pressure management from pre-infusion to the end of extraction via the profiling valve. POP-UP is equipped with an insulated 0.45 L boiler for improved energy efficiency and thermal stability. It is possible to set the pre-infusion, eco-mode and stand-by mode as well as the presence of the dispensing stopwatch, which allows precise monitoring of the extraction time.
In addition, the wooden side knob adds a touch of elegance and allows easy and perfect steam management, completing the barista experience in the comfort of your own home.
