Guide to the new automatic machine Gaggia Cadorna

Gaggia recently launched a new automatic line of espresso coffee machines called Cadorna. The new Gaggia Cadorna line includes four models of espresso coffee machine, Gaggia Cadorna Style, Gaggia Cadorna Plus, Gaggia Cadorna Milk and Gaggia Cadorna Prestige, which support the possibility of customizing and memorizing the settings for preparing the different drinks on 4 profiles of different users. All four Cadorna models include a beautiful color thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT LCD).

The models of the Cadorna line are characterized by an innovative design with the use of exclusive materials that give the machine a modern and at the same time elegant appearance. All four Cadorna models have an integrated coffee grinder with adjustable ceramic grinders on 10 grinding levels. The ceramic coffee grinder ensures an extraction of the natural essence without the risk of overheating and burning of the coffee beans.

GAGGIA CADORNA STYLE

The pre-infusion function favors the contact of water with freshly ground coffee, thus ensuring a unique taste delivery for all coffee-based drinks. The milk emulsion features are those with the most significant differences in the four Cadorna models. Gaggia Cadorna Style is in fact equipped with a classic plastic Panarello that allows the emulsion of milk foam in order to prepare milk-based drinks.

GAGGIA CADORNA PLUS

Gaggia Cadorna Plus, on the other hand, has a classic stainless steel Panarello that comes closest to that used by professional baristas. Both models are however more suitable for the preparation of coffee-based drinks.

GAGGIA CADORNA MILK

Gaggia Cadorna Milk, on the other hand, has a Capp in Cup system that draws milk from an external carafe supplied, emulsifies it and dispenses it without having to move the cup or glass from under the coffee dispensing spout.

GAGGIA CADORNA PRESTIGE

Gaggia Cadorna Prestige instead presents an integrated carafe capable of emulsifying milk twice and removes all bubbles for a perfect foam at the right temperature. The carafe can be moved in the fridge and cleaned easily thanks to the automatic cleaning cycle.
