The New Entry Bezzera Crema

The New Entry Bezzera Crema

The new Bezzera Crema represents an innovation in the coffee machine sector for domestic use. Crema is equipped with rosewood handles and high-quality finishes with white painted bodywork (AISI 304 stainless steel) which give it a very elegant appearance suitable for any domestic or professional setting.

Crema can be installed anywhere without the need for a connection to the water network and thanks to the boiler system with heat exchanger it is particularly suitable for the preparation of espresso coffee, cappuccinos, other milk-based drinks and hot drinks for medium-high quantitative needs.

Crema was created by adopting new hydraulic and electrical systems that allow it to maintain thermal stability and accurate temperature regulation equal to the levels obtainable by professional coffee machines.

The Crema model is available in two different versions:

  • Crema DE-PID with programmable volumetric dosing by means of a microprocessor and a temperature control system by PID
  • Crema PM equipped with a vibrating pump and dispensing groups with solenoid valves activated by a single button.

Both models are equipped with a group system heated by an electric heater and an automatic water inlet system inside the boiler with automatic shutdown in case of absence of water.

In terms of performance, Crema is probably one of the fastest semi-automatic machines on the market. The starting time required is about 6 minutes for the delivery of steam and about 9 minutes for the preparation of an espresso. Almost half the boot time required of a classic E61 system.

All these characteristics of versatility and speed of performance make Crema one of the best-selling semi-automatic coffee machines in the domestic segment.
