Gaggia Milano, an historic Italian company belonging to the Evoca Group, has launched the new La Nera model, a professional espresso coffee machine that is characterized by a robust design and meticulous choice of materials and technologies.
Gaggia La Nera features a stainless steel frame complete with anti-corrosion treatment, a highly insulated copper boiler, 2.5 kg professional group, a heat exchanger system dedicated to each individual group and an electronic water control system. In terms of interface and functionality, Gaggia la Nera features a large work area complete with LED backlit keyboards. The model is also equipped with ergonomic knobs for dispensing water and steam that can be activated with a 90 ° rotation.
The model is available in the version with one group or two compact groups. The version with a single group makes Gaggia La Nera suitable for use in the home, in small coffee shops or in offices.
The machine can also be connected to the Smartia platform which allows you to control all the settings and functions of the machine with your smartphone. Also in combination with the machine, it is possible to take advantage of the kits for adapting the classic portafilter to the capsule mode, adaptable to the Lavazza Blue, Nespresso, Esperesso Point and Caffitaly kits.
