Vibiemme Domobar Junior Digital is the new model of the Domobar Junior line, an espresso coffee machine equipped with a heat exchanger technology suitable for all the coffee and cappuccino lovers who wish to obtain the right balance between coffee dispensing and frothing milk.

The Domobar Junior Digital model brings a new concept of customized design that allows you to change the color of the machine by applying side magnetic panels with different color combinations. The body of the machine is made entirely of stainless steel to which you can add colored panels that can be purchased as an option.

On a technological level, Domobar Junior Digital has an OLED digital display that allows programming of all beverage dispensing settings in a simple and fast way. The buttons are equipped with three status systems: green to indicate that the machine is ready to dispense the drink, orange to indicate the loading phase and red for the alarm status.

The dispensing technology of the machine features the timeless E61 group in chromed brass with electronically controlled thermosiphonic circulation. The operating technology of the group involves the circulation of water inside the heat exchanger, reaching the head of the group and the consequent return of the water which allows the maintenance and stabilization of an adequate temperature for the dispensing of drinks. A further strength in terms of thermal insulation is the copper boiler which retains heat better than stainless steel.

The heat exchanger technology allows you to switch from the coffee extraction mode to the steam delivery mode without waiting times. The steam wand also allows you to manage the extractions in a flexible and multidirectional way.
