Torre Adele is a high-performance espresso machine that blends modern touchscreen technology with traditional craftsmanship. Featuring independent dual boilers in AISI 316 stainless steel, it maintains consistent thermal equilibrium, even under heavy usage. The volumetric pump ensures stable pressure, while the direct water connection option provides uninterrupted operation.
The steam boiler, controlled by a pressure transducer, allows pressure adjustments directly from the touchscreen. The coffee boiler, managed by a PID thermostat, lets users fine-tune extraction temperatures between 80°C and 100°C, optimizing performance for different coffee types and roasts. The CHRONO function monitors extraction time, and the automated maintenance alerts ensure easy upkeep.
The 3.5” touchscreen display integrates dual pressure gauges, coffee shot timers, and programmable features, including automatic startup for each boiler with a weekly schedule. The large cup warmer surface, removable drip tray, and optional wooden knobs version enhance usability and aesthetics.
