DESCRIPTION
Tostabar Genius K3 represents the production tool ideal for large and small coffee shop chains and combines all the advantages of compactness, automation and electronic control of the large roasting capacity of 4 Kg per cycle.
- Safety: Genius K3 is the only Shop Roaster that, thanks to the technology used and the high efficiency insulation, working with a rational use of electrical energy and without the use of gas, eliminating the risk of fire that may ensue. The motorized cooling tank is equipped with control devices that eliminate the risk of operator dragging. Each external surface of the machine is designed so as to ensure safety and avoid contact burns.
- Compact: Tostabar K3 combines technology and design. Its vertical development allows it to be inserted in limited spaces and used in an ergonomic manner. The presence of stainless steel along a large part of the machine body is strongly characterizing element: a solid and robust machine and a shop roaster unrivaled. It also comes with practical wheels to facilitate the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations.
- Automatic: Tostabar Genius K3 it is fully automatic : the coffee is roasted in an automatic way following a previously set profile roasting without requiring the presence of an operator close to the machine. At the end of each cycle, the roasted coffee is discharged into motorized tank, into which the coffee is cooled and within a few minutes made available for storage.
