DESCRIPTION
In 1961, the first E-61 espresso machine was built, whose simple and ingenious principle of thermal circulation still governs the espresso machine landscape to this day. The first real innovation since then is the multi-boiler technology, which decouples the coffee preparation from the steam zone by means of separate kettles. This results in selectable, stable coffee temperatures and a switchable, flexible steam unit. This improves results and saves energy. VBM uses the perfection of the E-61 group in combination with multi-boiler technology, combining tradition and innovation. In addition, JUNIOR 2B is extremely compact, which is particularly appreciated by customers for whom positioning space is an issue. Therefore, JUNIOR 2B is the smallest member of the VBM 2B family, but is only small on the outside.
