CUSTOMIZATION

Create your tailored coffee moment with and endless customization for your favourite coffee and milk based beverages. Through the rotary knob and the touchscreen, you can easily select and customize the 19 drinks available, as you prefer. Depending on the drink chosen, it will be possible to adjust various settings, such as the aroma, body and temperature, the amount of water, coffee or milk in the cup, the desired pre-infusion level, and the degree of milk emulsion.

MEMO FUNCTION

Customize and memorize the length of the available beverages simply by keeping selected the button for a few seconds.

FULL TOUCH COLORED DISPLAY

Precisely select and customize every detail of your bespoke coffee experience by swiping your finger across the 5`` colored full touch screen.

INTEGRATED MILK CARAFE

The integrated milk carafe froths the milk to remove all bubbles and impurities. The result is a perfect froth, always at the right temperature to make flawless cappuccinos and other milk-based drinks. Moreover, the automatic cleaning thoroughly cleans the milk circuit without the need to empty the carafe.

ADJUSTABLE MILK FOAM

For each milk-based beverage you can select and memorize the frothing level among 4 options, from hot milk to a steady and velvety foam.

PROFESSIONAL STEAM WAND

Directly from the Gaggia tradition, the professional stainless steel steam wand has been designed to unleash your inner Home Barista. Perfect for the creativity of Latte Art, it guarantees a quality in-cup result, with a dense and velvety microfoam with an unmistakable sweetness.

AROMA SETTING & COFFEE BOOST

Set the intensity of your coffee, choosing from five levels of ground coffee per cup. In addition, the COFFEE BOOST function for more intense beverages (≥ 50ml).

100% CERAMIC ADJUSTABLE GRINDERS

The resistant 100% ceramic grinders extract the purest essence from coffee beans, preventing overheating and burning. This material guarantees long-lasting performances, silence and the best in-cup result. Select among 8 options to customize your espresso, from the finest grind for a strong taste, to the coarsest for a lighter coffee.

ACTIVE CUP WARMER & TIMER

The energy-efficient integrated cup plate, in stainless steel, is ideal to pre-warm your coffee cups, just like as the bar. Set the timer to have your cup already warmed when you need it.

ESPRESSO PLUS SYSTEM

Discover a wide spectrum of tastes at the twist of a knob. Turn it right to reduce the speed of flow and get a full-bodied espresso with a luxurious thick crema layer, or left to increase the speed and taste a smooth and lighter flavor.

GROUND COFFEE OPTION

In addition to the coffee beans option, an easy solution to brew different ground coffee blends, included decaffeinated.

MILK CIRCUIT CLEANING OPTIONS

4 different options for a complete cleaning of the integrated mika carafe, the professional steam wand and the milk group, for thorough sanitation and always quality results: Quick Clean, Deep Clean, Steam Hygiene and Purge.

REMOVABLE BREW GROUP

Easy cleaning and maintenance with the removable brew group that can be washed under the tap and re-inserted easily at its place. This permits a thorough cleaning of the machine and the best in cup result every time.

Selct your favourite ones by rolling the premium feel rotary knob.

STEAM HYGIENE

Once the milk carafe dispenser is closed, a jet of hot steam sanitizes the circuit from milk residues, depositing them in the drip tray.

PURGE FUNCTION

By pressing one of the capacitive buttons, a jet of steam dispensed sanitizes the steam wand from milk residues.

ECO MODE

This function allows the machine to save energy by reducing its consumption and functions.
