Nemox Gelato 5+5K Crea Twin i-Green lets you manage two preparations with separate refrigeration and mixing systems. Both units or just one can be used, according to production needs.
Automatic mode offers programmes for classic ice cream, semi-soft ice cream, granita and rapid cooling, with matching holding options. In manual mode, the compressor and paddle are controlled separately. Consistency control protects the mixing system. Braked castors make movement easier, and the front drain simplifies washing.
Each unit produces around 1.25 kg, equivalent to 1.75 litres, in 12–15 minutes. Used together, they provide approximately 2.5 kg per cycle and 10 kg per hour. Independent circuits let you organise different flavours and preparations without necessarily running both bowls.
Production and holding programmes are available for each preparation. In manual mode, holding can be activated once the product reaches the desired consistency. The housing and paddles are stainless steel, with removable scrapers. Equipment includes two spatulas, two scraper sets, seals and a brush. Cooling is by air and the refrigerant is R290.
