DESCRIPTION
Nemox Gelato 5K T-mobile i-Green combines churning and serving in an attractively designed mobile unit. The trolley lets you position the equipment where it is needed, while the long cable is designed for catering requirements.
The machine prepares ice cream, sorbets and other chilled recipes and has consistency control that stops mixing if resistance becomes excessive. The structure and paddle are stainless steel. Air cooling and the front drain for washing water make everyday operation practical.
Indicative output is 1.25 kg, equivalent to 1.75 litres, per 12–15-minute cycle and around 5 kg per hour. Manual and automatic modes are available: in the first, the compressor and paddle operate independently; in the second, the machine manages production and holding according to the selected programme.
Programmes are provided for classic ice cream, semi-soft ice cream, granita and rapid cooling, with matching holding options. Consistency control protects the paddle mechanism. The trolley is available in white and black and fits into stylish serving areas. i-Green technology uses R290 refrigerant.
