DESCRIPTION
Nemox Gelato 5K Crea NTC i-Green is designed for restaurants, catering, pastry shops and small production facilities. Manual mode lets you control the compressor and paddle separately. Automatic mode offers programmes for classic ice cream, semi-soft ice cream, granita and rapid cooling, with matching holding programmes.
Electronic control stops the paddle when the consistency creates excessive resistance. The stainless steel paddle with removable inserts and the front drain make cleaning easier. The system is air-cooled and has a removable power cord.
Indicative output is 1.25 kg, equivalent to 1.75 litres of ice cream, per 12–15-minute cycle, with hourly output of around 5 kg. Programmes let you vary consistency and preparation: classic ice cream, semi-soft ice cream, granita and rapid cooling. Holding is managed according to the selected option.
In manual mode, refrigeration continues even when consistency control stops the paddle; the operator switches the machine off or activates holding. Stainless steel construction and removable scrapers support hygiene. A spatula, scrapers, seals and drain brush are supplied. The refrigerant is R290.
