DESCRIPTION
Nemox Gelato Pro 1700 Up i-Green combines a 1950s-inspired design with electronic preparation management. Activating storage lets the system coordinate churning and holding through consistency control.
The fixed and removable bowls are AISI 304 stainless steel; the removable container makes serving and freezer storage easier. A disc on the lid with different openings lets you regulate airflow during churning. Equipment includes two dedicated paddles, a spatula, measuring cup and recipe book.
Indicative output is 1 kg, equivalent to 1.5 litres, in 15–20 minutes. Three buttons manage operation: in manual mode, the compressor and paddle are independent, while automatic mode coordinates preparation and switches to holding once the required consistency is reached.
During storage, the electronics stop and restart refrigeration and mixing according to consistency. Holding can continue for a maximum of eight hours. The POM technopolymer paddles are dedicated to the fixed and removable bowls; the bowl, paddles, lid, spatula and measuring cup are dishwasher-safe. The machine uses R290 refrigerant and has thermal protection for refrigeration and mixing.
