DESCRIPTION
Nemox Gelato Chef 2200 i-Green cools and churns ingredients using a high-efficiency compressor and a patented technopolymer paddle. The motor can reverse rotation when it encounters an obstruction or the required consistency is reached.
The fixed bowl is AISI 304 stainless steel; the removable anodised aluminium bowl makes serving and freezer transfer easier. Preparation does not depend on a fixed timer: consistency determines the end of the cycle. A spatula, measuring cup, instructions and recipe book are included.
Indicative output is 800 g, equivalent to 1.2 litres, in 20–25 minutes. The paddle operates at 25 rpm and adapts to both bowls. The manufacturer recommends chilled ingredients, five minutes of pre-cooling and around fifteen minutes between successive preparations.
The compressor and motor have thermal protection. In addition to ice cream, the bowl can cool bottles, creams and sauces or store ice, following the manual. Holding ice cream requires managing the compressor with the paddle off. The housing, lid and motor body are technopolymer. The refrigerant is R290.
