DESCRIPTION
Nemox Fantasia Buffet uses double-wall containers with cooling liquid sealed in the cavity. After at least 8–12 hours in the freezer, the stored cold is gradually released during service.
The AISI 304 stainless steel structure holds three containers with transparent lids for viewing their contents. It is a solution for ice cream, sorbets, fruit and other buffet foods. The drip tray helps manage liquids; containers, lids and spatulas are cleaned with hot water and neutral detergent.
The system can also hold ice cubes, cool wine bottles and present fruit, starters, vegetables, cured meats or cheeses. The manufacturer also states that it can cool one litre of liquid from 80 to 8 °C in around twenty minutes.
Equipment includes three 1.5-litre containers, three spatulas and three spatula holders. After pre-freezing, the containers are placed in the structure, filled and closed. The lids let you check preparations without lifting them. Use the supplied spatulas to serve and avoid sharp utensils that could damage the containers. No electrical supply is needed during service.
