DESCRIPTION
Nemox Sweet 4 Pozzetti i-Green is designed to store and serve ice cream in bars, pastry shops, small ice cream shops and catering. The IFS system provides an evaporator for each well to control storage and limit temperature stratification.
Operating temperature is between −10 and −16 °C. The configuration can include four 7.1-litre containers or eight 3.7-litre containers. The trolley has four castors, two with brakes, stainless steel finishes and a protective plexiglass screen.
The configuration accommodates up to eight flavours using containers of different capacities. Each compartment’s dedicated evaporator helps maintain a uniform temperature in the individual well. According to the manufacturer, the set temperature is reached in less than an hour after switching on.
The condenser is air-cooled and connection is to a single-phase socket, without dedicated installation. The removable cord simplifies handling. The painted metal trolley has mirror-polished stainless steel finishes and is available in white or black. Listed equipment includes a protective plexiglass screen and four lids. The refrigerant is R290.
